• Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC): DSGII is registered with the SEC as a non-stock, non-profit corporation. This is the foundational registration for non-profit organizations in the Philippines, granting DSGII its legal personality.
Business Growth
• Our Articles of Incorporation clearly state our charitable, social welfare, and development purposes, specifying that no part of our net income or assets shall inure to the benefit of any private individual.
As a non-stock corporation, we are required to annually submit a General Information Sheet (GIS) and Audited Financial Statements (AFS) to the SEC.
